Tripxit was created to provide trustworthy travel reviews using a novel approach to writing reviews and filtering travel recommendations. It makes the process of sharing travel experiences, giving advice, researching options, and planning trips easy and fun.

Since it’s a friends-based network, users can trust the information and its source. To create a travel review, users only have to click on five words describing their experience from a cloud of word options, such as jaw-dropping for destinations and gnarly for tours. Those selections then filter the recommendations given back, for instance, tours rated buzz-worthy and extreme by friends and Tripxit members.
